Ingeborg Poffet (1965) Accordeon, Stimme, Komposition, begann früh verschiedene Instrumente zu spielen und zu singen. Seit ihrem 4.Lebensjahr gibt sie Solo-Konzerte mit Accordeon. 1976-83 Leitung und Komposition versch. Chorprojekte. Seit ´76 spielt sie klassische und zeitgenössische Literatur als Freischaffende wie auch in mehreren Orchestern. Seit 1976 gibt sie Accordeon-Unterricht, geschult in modernen Pädagogikseminaren. Sie hat einen eigenen Unterrichtsstil entwickelt und kreierte ihre eigene „Schule für Konzertaccordeon“. Seit 1979 Mitglied versch. Formationen (Accordeon, Gesang, Keyboard, Komposition). 1981 Schlussexamen für Dirigieren an der Akademie Remscheid. Von '84 - '86 studierte sie Computer-Musik bei Clarence Barlow an der Musikhochschule Köln (Deutschland) Mitwirkung an versch. computermusikalischen Projekten. Bis '87 nahm sie an vielen speziellen Ausbildungs-Seminaren für Konzert-Accordeon teil mit Hugo Noth, Mie Miki-Schenck, Guido Wagner, Elsbeth Moser u.a.. 1986-89 Arbeit in elektronischen Studios in Hamburg und Basel (Musikakademie). 1988 nahm sie an Computermusik-Seminaren in Berlin und Köln teil. ´88/´89 Tontechnikerin für Ensemble IGNM und „Briefe aus dem toten Raum“ mit Serena Wey, Schauspielerin. Sie arbeitet mit Elektronik, realisiert Computermusik und ist als Produzentin tätig. Dabei kreiert sie ständig neue Formationen (zusammen mit ihrem Mann JOPO), Kompositionen, Konzepte, multi-media-Events und Projekte. Seit 2007 hat sie mehrere musikpädagogische Buchprojekte (Musik-Sudokus für Kinder und Erwachsene, Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene, auf AUGEMUS-Musikverlag) entwickelt.
Sie hat verschiedene Preise gewonnen (Jugend Musiziert, Kunstkredit Basel, Alexander-Clavel-Stiftung, Prix Marguerite de Reding Improvisation 2001, Swiss Music Composition Contest 2009, schweizer Kompositionswettbewerb von Syntharp 2010/2011).

Ihr kompositorisches Werk erstreckt sich über Zeitgenössische Musik zu Ethno / contemporary Jazz und enthält sowohl Vokal- wie auch instrumentale Orchester-Musik bis hin zu Kleinformationen oder Solos, musik-scenische und multi-mediale Arbeiten, Klang-Konzepte/Installationen, Theater- und Filmmusik, Performances und Musicals. Der deutsche AUGEMUS Musikverlag hat die Noten des Programms Indan Book von JOPO und Ingeborg Poffet, das Musik-Sudoku, zum Knobeln und Musizieren von Ingeborg Poffet, und die Acht Miniaturen, Lösungspartituren der Musik-Sudokus, von Ingeborg Poffet veröffentlicht sowie die Reihe "Die Klangbox", Musik-Sudokus zum Lernen, Singen, Spielen (und Aufführen), (für Anfänger/Kinder) Nr.1 - 4 (2008 / 2009 / 2010).

Sie spielte Accordeon für Filmmusiken von Niki Reiser (I was on mars – Dani Levi/ Keiner liebt mich – Doris Dörrie/ Das Trio – mit Götz George, von Hermine Huntgeburth, Väter – Dani Levi, Alles auf Zucker! – Dani Levi, Deutscher Filmpreis 2005, u.a. Bester Film Gold, Beste Filmmusik, Maria, ihm schmeckt es nicht, Das Blaue vom Himmel) und Daniel Detwiler & Ramon Schneider Idee & Klang (Letzer Coiffeur vor der Wettsteinbrücke, Doc.).
Ausserdem spielte sie als Solistin 1991 Accordeon mit der Sinfonietta Basel für die Kinder-Oper “der bunte Hund” von Susanne Hinkelbein sowie 1993 Accordeon für die Kinder-Theater-Musik-Produktion “der Drache” von Susanne Hinkelbein, Klangkörper Schweiz Expo2000 Hannover, Agasul plus (Jürg Solothurnmann).

Ingeborg Poffet lebt und unterrichtet (Konzertaccordeon, Gesang, Improvisation, Theorie, Kurse in Gehörbildung, Mentales Training für MusikerInnen, A Cappella) in Basel.

Sie engagiert sich in verschiedenen kulturpolitischen Bereichen, wie als Geschäftsführerin für XOPF-Records, Organisation und Partizipation der int. XOPF-Festivals Basel, Delegierte der Einzelmitglieder Swissperform und ist seit 2011 Präsidentin des Forum für improvisierte Musik und Tanz Basel (FIM) sowie Mitglied der schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Musik-Medizin SMM..

Sie hat zahlreiche Projekte veröffentlicht, wie CDs, DVDs, Noten und Hefte.

1989 gründete sie die Formation "Duo fatale" mit ihrem Mann JOPO (altosax, bassclarinet, composition). Sie leiten alle gemeinsamen Projekte, bei denen sie ausschliesslich Eigenkompositionen verwenden. Tournéen in USA, Europa, Asien und Afrika mit Teilnahme an Int. Festivals; verschiedene int. Radio- und TV-Produktionen (Izmir, Bologna, SWF, DRS, Moskau, Spanien, Bandung, Jazz Swissmade, Bremerhaven, Odessa u.a.). Mit „Duo fatale meets international guests“ wird die Formation jeweils erweitert mit Avantgarde-, Ethno- und klassischen MusikerInnnen.

Ingeborg Poffet (1965) accordeon, voice, composition, started to play several instruments and to sing at a very young age. She gave her first accordeon-concert at the age of four. Later she played classical and contemporary concerts both as a member of various orchestras and as a free lancer. Until '87 she took part at many training-colleges for concert-accordeon with Hugo Noth, Mie Miki-Schenck, Guido Wagner, Elsbeth Moser a.o. From 84 to 86 she studied computer music with Clarence Barlow at the Musikhochschule Cologne (Germany) and worked on different computer-music-projects. 1988 she took part at computermusic-seminars in Berlin and Cologne. Until '89 she conducted innovative new-music-projects, ’86-’89 she worked in electronical studios in Hamburg and Basel (Musikakademie) and as free-lancer sound-engineer (´88/´89 for Ensemble IGNM Basel, where she also played keyboard) and „Briefe aus dem toten Raum“ with Serena Wey, actress. Since 1979 member of various groups (accordion, vocals, keyboard, composition).

She works with electronic, realizes computermusic and works as a recording engeneer and producer. She is creating new formations (together with her husband JOPO) and projects, compositions, concepts, multi-media-events and projects all the time. Sine 2007 she has developed several music-booklets for students (music-sudokus for kids and adults, beginners and players), released on AUGEMUS Musikverlag.

She has won different prices (Jugend Musiziert, Kunstkredit Basel, Alexander-Clavel-Stiftung, Prix Marguerite de Reding Improvisation 2001, Swiss Music Composition Contest 2009, swiss composer-competition Syntharp 2010/2011).

She teaches concert-accordeon since 1976 in her own style, theorie, voice and improvisation and leads workshops with eartraining, a cappella and mental training for musicians.

She creates compositions of contemporary music as well as jazz, ethno, vocal-music and instrumental music, she composes for solo, small formations up to synfonic -orchestra, musical-scenically and multi-media works, sound-concepts/installations, theatre- and film-music, performances and mini-musicals.

She is busy in different cultural-political activities as management for XOPF-Records, organisation und partizipation of the int. XOPF-festivals Basel, delegate of the single-members Swissperform, since 2011 she is the president of the forum of improvised music and dance Basel (FIM) and member of the swiss association for music-medicin SMM.

She has released numerous projects like CDs, DVDs, sheets and booklets.

With her husband JOPO (saxophones, bassclarinet, composition) she has founded the group "Duo fatale" in 1989. In their exciting formation they have achieved a symbiosis of composition, interpretation and improvisation. Based in Basel, Switzerland, they both compose the music for all their groups and for command works such as theatre-or filmmusic or multi-media performances. They have frequently worked together with local musicians on their tours across the world (Turkey, Russia, The Baltics, New York, Indonesia, India, Germany, Sudan, Egypt, Maroc, Mongolia). Tours in USA, Europe, Asia and Africa with participations at int. festivals. With Duo fatale meets international guests the formation meets local musicians from the Avantgarde, Ethno, Classic or Rock all over the world.

Ingeborg Poffet (17.01.1965) Accordéon, voix, composition, a commencé très tôt de jouer differents instruments musicales et de chanter. Elle a commencé de donner des concerts avec l’accordeon à l’age de 4 ans. Entre '79-'83 elle a gagné des des prix des plusieurs competitions. 1976-83 Leading et compositions de plusiers projects de choeur. Depuis ´76 elle joue de la litérature classique et contemporaine comme soloiste libre et en plusieurs orchèstres (´77-´81 Soloiste 1.Kölner Accordèon-Orchestre). Depuis 1976 elle donne des cours en accordèon, appris en seminaires spéciales et modèrnes de l’accordéon contemporaine avec Hugo Noth, Mie Miki-Schenck, Guido Wagner, Elsbeth Moser e.a. jusque '87. Elle a créer un style pédagogique individuellement inclusive un cahier d’accordéon de concerts Depuis 1979 membre de plusieurs formations (accordéon, voix, keyboard, composition). 1981 examina pour dirigér en Akademie Remscheid. Entre '84 - '86 ella a étudie de la musique de l’ordinateur et electronique avec Clarence Barlow sur Musikhochschule Cologne (Allemagne). Des traveaux sur plusieurs projécts musicales de l’ordinateur (computermusic). 1986-89 travail aux studios électronique en Hamourg et Bâles (Musikakademie). 1988 elle a participés des séminaires de computermusic en Berlin et Cologne. ´88/´89 soundingenieur pour Ensemble IGNM et „Briefe aus dem toten Raum“ avec Serena Wey, actrice. 1989 avec JOPO composition „Bericht eines Schiffbrüchigen“ pour quartett avec Serena Wey.

Elle a gangé plusieurs prix (Jugend Musiziert, Kunstkredit Basel, Alexander-Clavel-Stiftung, Prix Marguerite de Reding Improvisation 2001, Swiss Music Composition Contest 2009, swiss composer-competition Syntharp 2010/2011).

L'OEuvre de Ingeborg Poffet contient de la musique contemporaine, aussi comme ethno- et Jazz contemporaine et est écrit pour solo, duo, des petites ensembles jusqu'au orchestre synfonie, pour des voix ou instrumentales, ainsi que des OEuvre musicales-scenique et multi-mediales, des concepts sonique/des installations, de la musique pour des films et théatre, performances et Musicals.
